Final Victory for CHJV Technologies: Court Dismisses CDC Germany Investment’s Claims
The Municipal Court in Prague, acting as the appellate court, ruled on February 5, 2025, in the case of CDC Germany Investment GmbH against CHJV Technologies, s.r.o. (formerly HE3DA Technologies s.r.o., a 100% subsidiary of HE3DA s.r.o.), that the defendant is not obligated to pay the claimed amount. Additionally, the court ruled that the plaintiff is required to reimburse the defendant for legal costs.
According to a participant in the proceedings—the managing director of CHJV Technologies, s.r.o. and simultaneously the managing director of HE3DA, s.r.o.—who personally attended the appeal hearing and heard the verdict, the court dismissed the plaintiff’s claims. In its reasoning, the court stated that, based on the presented evidence, the defendant successfully proved that it had not engaged in fraudulent or deceptive conduct that would have caused harm to the plaintiff.
The ruling is final, and its written version will be delivered to the parties through the court of first instance in the near future. Once received, we will provide further details and information regarding this case.
